If it is your first time, start with the alphabiotic alignment: it includes a posture check and is the simplest way to get to know how we work. If your muscles are very tight when you arrive, the alignment with deep tissue massage is the most complete combination.
We only recommend the chiropractic adjustment after checking you. Cupping is used as a complement to work on muscle tension in the back.
