At your first visit we talk about your routine, check your posture, do the alphabiotic alignment (with a massage if needed) and tell you what comes next. If we recommend another service, we tell you the price first. The alignment costs MX$350.
The 4 steps
- You arrive and we talkWe talk about your day: your work, how you sleep, where you carry tension. No long forms.
- We check your postureWe look at how you stand and use our hands to check the tension in your back.
- Massage, alignment or bothIf your muscles are very tight, we start with a massage to loosen them. Then comes the alignment from the base of the skull.
- We tell you what's nextHow to take care of yourself over the next few days and whether another session makes sense. If we recommend another service, we tell you the price first. You decide.
How to book
We go over your health history in person, in private. You do not need to share any health information on WhatsApp.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the time that works for you.
- We confirm the day, time and price.
- Come to 30 Av. at Calle 1 Sur, in downtown Playa del Carmen.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes.
- Any test results or instructions from your doctor, if you have them.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can start without rushing.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the first visit take?
About 10 minutes: a conversation, a posture check and an alphabiotic alignment. If you add a deep tissue massage, about 60 minutes.
Do I have to come back?
No. We tell you whether another session makes sense, and you decide.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can come with someone you trust.
